By Design provides Stoughton doctors with a new Operating Room and expands their existing office space. With the cost of hospital or time skyrocketing and becoming limited, Dr. Sigman and Dr. Delia decide to build their own and control their destinies.

By Design worked in conjunction with Pando Associates, a Canton architectural firm. Scope included expanding their space by 50% while still seeing patients; new reception and waiting areas; or and all necessary supports such as gases, HVAC, suction, finishes and power requirements and a generator to support the entire suite. Costs were contained by reusing some equipment from the old Goddard Hospital.
