Chuck has worked in the Real Estate industry for more than 25 years specializing in construction, management and development.

Chuck is the founder of By Design, Inc. located in Bedford MA -- a real estate management, construction and development company founded in 1989. He was formerly a Chief Operating Officer of Diversified Funding, Inc., a Boston-based Real Estate Management and Development Company.

He was responsible for overseeing the management and development of many condominium conversions and several residential subdivisions. He managed both commercial and residential properties and specialized in successfully managing "work out" projects that resulted from problem loans.

Chuck is a Massachusetts Certified Public Accountant. He holds a MBA from Babson College and has a strong background in Real Estate management and finance.

He is a licensed builder in the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island and holds Massachusetts and Maine Real Estate brokers licenses.

In the early 90's, he established his reputation by helping banks with distressed properties. By Design completed projects and liquidated them from the banks books. He completed sub-divisions, golf courses and condo projects. St. Elizbeth's Hospital contracted Chuck to complete their medical office building on its campus. He leased 100% of its space, designed the suites and provided the buildout.

In the mid 90's, By Design managed more properties for the FDIC in Franklin, helping them clean and liquidate properties at auction.
