This project is a total design/build provided by By Design. Our team designed, engineered, and constructed this 22,000 square foot facility. 100% renovation of a medical building to include a cat scan unit, chemo therapy, women’s health including mammography and primary care. This $750,000 project included upgrading power requirements to accommodate these services.

Unusual considerations: phased project, components were completed, and relocated to allow other facits to begin. Continued operations – the facility remained open thoughout the construction period with little negative impact.
