Starting fall of 2015, By Design Construction is to develop and build The Canton Ice House. A State-of-The-Art Ice Complex to be located in Canton MA. The project will include two (2) NHL size rinks, twelve (12) locker rooms, four (4) coach rooms, four (4) referee rooms, a pro shop, a skate room, and supporting infrastructure. Both rinks will have substantial spectator seating; seven hundred (700) seats combined.

The mezzanine will include a large food court, a fitness center, a club lounge, a film-conference-special party room, and corporate offices. Also space is provided for a future club lounge. During construction, we intend to file to obtain a liquor license.
