By Design, Inc. (By Design) partners with Orthopedic Doctors to develop a 38,000 square foot medical center in Peabody, Massachusetts. Chuck Giacchetto, president of By Design, acted as the general manager and developer of the project which included acquisition, financing, design, construction and management. Tenants include Orthopedic Trauma & Reconstructive Associates, North Shore Magnetic Imaging, physical therapy, prosthetics, neurosurgery, digital x-ray and the Adams Center.
