David Kososki, General Manager of Maggiano’s Little Italy restaurant located at Park Plaza in Boston, asked By Design to expand their banquet facilities. This is the third major project for Maggiano’s in a three-year period. The scope included doubling their largest banquet room, constructing a bar, moving the restaurant administration offices and two h/c bathrooms. David’s reponse was “it’s perfect; there is nothing left to do.”

By Design, Inc. completes a 2,500 square foot expansion to Maggiano’s Little Italy, a very successful restaurant located in Park Plaza, Boston, MA. The project added two large meeting rooms, a bar seen above, and related services. Scope included extensive millwork, high end finishes, oak flooring, and complicated underground plumbing. All was completed without any impact to ongoing restaurant operations. The restaurant is managed by David Kososki, and Maggiano’s project manager was Ed Stockman.
