Emerson Hospital again contracts to By Design Construction to develop a 45,000 square foot medical building at 196 Baker Avenue, Concord, MA.

Emerson Hospital Health Center will provide non-emergency health care including internal medicine physicians and pediatricians as well as diagnostic services including radiology, mammography, ultrasound and lab services. Additionally, this site includes a PET unit provided by a trailer and related work to accommodate the trailer. Also, a new elevator and 2nd means of egress are included in the scope.
