By Design Construction, Inc. teams up with Compass Medical, P.C. to design and develop a 36,000s.f. three story medical office building located at 8 Commerce Blvd., Middleborough, MA.

Working with local professionals, By Design was able to obtain Planning Board approvals in record timing; three public hearings.

This building will consist of Urgent Care, full Radiology services, a large Internal Medicine group, and several Ancillary services. 

First floor occupied September 15, 2011. Second and third floor fall 2011.
