Mass General Hospital (Partners) choose the Giacchetto Brothers/By Design Construction, Inc. as the Development Partner for the MOB project in Danvers, MA. The project includes a 120,000 square foot Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) with an 80,000 square foot Medical Office Building (MOB) attached. By Design will be responsible to develop the MOB in partnership with the North Shore Doctors and Mass General’s MGPO Physician Group. The building is under construction with a projected delivery date in early 2009.
